This Highlands Reserve home is perfectly furnished and laid out for the modern family Florida getaway. If you've ever wanted to vacation like you live here, this is the home to do it in!
Upon entering, you will find yourself in the living room, which leads to the blended kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all standard utensils, cookware, and appliances - a real home-away-from-home for the chef in your family. You'll find four bedrooms: a master with a queen sized bed and ensuite bathroom, an additional queen room, and two twins, bringing the home's occupancy to 8. The home is well-suited for two families vacationing together, a multi-generational family group, or a family with multiple children.
Outside, you will find the pool area, with a gorgeous deck, and oversized swimming pool. The back yard area opens to an expansive area uncharacteristic of many Central Florida communities, making for a great view. It's not uncommon to faintly hear the theme park fireworks at the end of the evening, so you really feel like you're getting all the best of the Florida life every day - and night.
Florida law - guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.
