This spacious home features dining for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 5. Cook delicious meals in this fully stocked kitchen which features recently replaced stainless steel appliances. This kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and air fryer!

Relax in the cozy TV lounge located at the front of the home. The large flat screen TV offers Hulu. The entire home is equipped with smart TVs for your convenience.

Patio doors from the main living area welcome you onto the pool deck which is perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the beautiful scenery with your favorite beverage while sunning on the available sun loungers or enjoy the pool 'scene' under the oversize Lanai with a patio table and chairs. Bedroom 1 - King master bedroom offers an en-suite bath, pool & patio access, a desk/vanity area and a comfy lounger for reading and relaxing. A wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service is provided. The en-suite bathroom features a garden tub, walk-in shower and two sink areas for convenience.
Bedroom 2 - Queen master bedroom with wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service. It has its own full bathroom with pool access.
Bedroom 3 - King bedroom with wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service.
Bedroom 4 - Ocean themed twin room is furnished with two (2) twin beds and wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service.
Bedroom 5 - Bunk bed room features a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a wall mounted flat screen TV with streaming service. (Room sleeps up to 3)
Bedrooms 3 through 5 share a full bath and are located in the front of the house.

We had a great stay here. The house was very nice with updated appliances. The garage has a nice hang out area with ping pong and billiards table. The out door area is very spacious and clean with a nice relaxing view. House is only 15-20 minutes from the parks. Overall the stay was great and host was always available to answer any questions.

We had a great time at this place, we actually stayed at this house twice. The communication with the property manager was super easy and quick. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures, the pool size is great. The neighborhood is very conveniently with great open areas! Would absolutely recommend staying there!

The house was just as described. Lots of room, clean and comfy. We had a slight issue the first day and Property Manager came right away. Kudos to them. Close to Disney. Kids enjoyed the video arcade and game room. Recommend this for families with children.

This property is so much nicer than the photos.new paint and furnishing and flooring.clean and well maintained plenty of room well equipped for meals .pool area is really nice as well.they have a new grille for the patio but it wasn't assembled yet for use maybe next time.upscale neighborhood very quiet with easy access to main roads.15 min to Disneyland. we will rent this property again
