As a Full Service Property Management Company Croft International take great pride in delivering the highest level of standards and service to you and your home. To provide this we ensure we have the right people in place, performing the daily functions required to look after your home.

Pool Services

We provide weekly pool service for all homes, which includes weekly cleaning of the pool, chemical testing and balancing by our fully licensed and accredited in house pool service team. We also clean the pool filter on a regular basis too!

Lawn Services

We provide a weekly services for all homes; this weekly service includes mowing, weeding and edging of the yard by our professional yard services team. Please note that this does not include homes in resort style communities, or those that have lawn care provided through the home owners association.

House Keeping

We provide an in house cleaning service and we have a dedicated cleaning team who take great pride in their work and ensure that our cleanliness and cleaning standards are unbeatable. All cleans are in inspected by a House Keeping Supervisor and Property Manager who ensures high standards are always maintained. Cleaning charges are dependable on bed and bathroom size.
