Patio doors lead out to the pool area. The master bedroom has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle, bath, double vanity basins and WC. The kitchen is full of modern conveniences including a cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and several other small appliances. There are all the pots, crockery and cutlery you will need. There is a breakfast nook that seats 4 and a formal dining room that seats 6 plus kitchen counter with bar stools. The home also has wireless internet access. There is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The home will sleep up to 10 people. The pool and deck area are equally important for your vacation. There will be days when you just want to laze by the pool. Our electric heatable pool will fit the bill perfectly. There is ample room to chill and relax on the comfortable patio furniture. There is a removable safety fence in front of the pool to keep our younger guests safe. A mesh cage encloses the pool and deck area to keep out unwanted insects. No, it does not keep out the sun so don???t forget your sunscreen! Pool lighting means you can enjoy some evening outdoor dining as the sun goes down. Florida law - guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.
