This 2 story, 6 bedroom 4 bathroom home offers enough space and pizzazz to make up to 12 people very happy that they chose Central Florida as their vacation destination!
Built at the end of 2019 this modern and spacious home is ideal for any family vacation. It has 6 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three lounges, games room, fully fitted kitchen, utility room, dining area, outdoor dining and seating area and of course a stunning salt-water pool overlooking a conservation pond. It is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard providing you with nothing but the best for your vacation in Florida.
The main living area on the first floor is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen complete with full size refrigerator, dishwasher,microwave and oven. Dining table and bench seating for up to 8 guests plus 4 bar stools. A huge comfy corner sofa. As well as a wall mounted 55” Smart Tv
The first Master bedroom features king size bed, two bedside draws with usb chargers in lamps. Enormous walk in wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with double sink unit, double walk in shower and separate toilet.
The second Master Bedroom features king size bed, bedside tables, chest of draws, large closet. Ensuite bathroom with sink unit, shower over bath and toilet.
Bedroom 3 features king size bed with bedside tables, chest of draws and large closet. Full bathroom shared with downstairs twin next door.
Bedroom 4 features queen sized bed , bedside draws and dresser in Mickey & Minnie theme. Ensuite bathroom with shower over bath, vanity unit and toilet.
Bedroom 5 is a Star Wars themed room. It features a triple sleeper bunk with under bed trundle so sleeps up to 4 children . Complete with smart tv, walk in closet and draw units.
Bedroom 6 - Downstairs twin bedroom in a Minions theme. Two twin beds with draws and large closet. Bathroom next door with full bath and shower over plus toilet and sink unit.
The garage has been converted into a Marvel themed games room complete with Pool table and Air Hockey table. Also has a stroller and high chair for guest use.
Our south facing salt-water pool and extended deck area is a perfect place to relax, cool off in the huge pool or catch some rays in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Luxury sun loungers and towels provided. Sectional sofa under the Lani for outdoor dining . Child safety net surrounds pool to help keep little ones safe. Pool can be heated in winter if needed but as it’s south facing it does heat up nicely by the sun too.
Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

• Each short-term rental visitor will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay.
• Any kids under the age of 16 will be exempt from this fee but they must be accompanied by an adult.
• This fee will only apply if short-term renters decide to use HOA community pool & gym and there is no cost to use other amenities such as tennis court & playground.
• Each short-term renter will have the option to pay weekly fee of $40 instead of paying the daily fee of $10 (renters will be given a color wristband for weekly rental).

Providence Golf Resort and Country Club is a gated community set on 2,200 acres of well-manicured lawns, beautiful lakes and palm tree lined roads. In addition to the beautiful golf course, Providence also offers an exclusive clubhouse just a short walk from most homes. There are three subdivisions within where the vacation homes are located. Rosemont Woods, Victoria Woods, and Crofton Springs are all beautiful areas of this luxurious community! Community amenities include:
Tennis Court, Resort Style Swimming Pool, Lap Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Aquatic Centre, Golf Pro Shop, Full Service Restaurant, Banquet Area, Full Service Bar, Just a short walk from the Clubhouse.
