Alternatively relax by the large, south-facing, heated* pool or in the spa soaking up some sun. When the sun goes down, turn on the underwater lights and enjoy a night-time swim. There are no houses at the back overlooking our villa for that added feeling of privacy and relaxation. The whole outside area is screened to prevent bugs entering the pool area to spoil your enjoyment. The large lanai is cooled by a ceiling fan and provides ample room for relaxation and dining. The pool deck is equipped with table, chairs, and loungers. For guests with mobility issues, there is a handrail installed to aid access into the spa. A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP… This luxury villa boasts four bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom is a large and roomy space fitted with a US king-size bed. It is also equipped with a large couch and Smart TV with access to subscription services. Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a US king-size bed and TV enhanced with a Roku box for watching cable channels and subscription services. Bedroom 3 is a room ideally suited for children. It is fitted with a single bed and two bunk-beds. Upstairs is completed by a spacious seating area with a TV and games console. Perfect for the kids to play on while waiting for grown-ups to finish getting ready/making meals. Downstairs is Bedroom 4, which is equipped with Twin beds that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the downstairs hallway. This bedroom, outfitted with a TV and Roku box, is ideal for any guests with mobility issues. A luxury villa like ours also boosts multiple options for entertainment with a large Smart TV (with cable) and a Blu-ray player in the living area. The villa has a selection of DVDs, games, and books for guests to enjoy. The fully fitted kitchen provides everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal, with a microwave, range cooker and fridge-freezer. Enjoy chilled and filtered water or two types of ice from the inbuilt ice-dispenser. YOUR FLORIDA HOME… The villa comes with free Wi-Fi and telephone, laundry facilities including a washer, a dryer, ironing board, and iron.
